Minjae Lee-

​Minjae Lee is a South Korean born artist with specialties in watercolor. After looking at his watercolor pieces, I was influenced to make "In Shock", a gouache painting that went on to State VASE. VASE stands for Visual Arts Scholastic Event.

 

Vincent Van Gogh-

In my earlier pieces, Vincent Van Gogh played a major in my artwork. The brush strokes in a piece called "Sunflowers for New Years", were influenced by Van Gogh's Starry Night. This piece helped me win a Toshiba Laptop in 8th Grade.
